I/M Solutions is a collaborative effort made up of governmental personnel from state, local and provincial vehicle emissions inspection and maintenance (I/M) programs across North America and other key personnel interested in I/M programs. We meet once a year at an annual training forum and communicate regularly via e-mail and conference calls.
